Our History.
What began as a dream quickly became a mission. With a vision to empower those seeking to make a difference, our company set out to help a diverse network of community leaders—including business owners, lawmakers, and organization leaders—thrive in a competitive market. As our experience grew, so did our ambitions. Recognizing the increasing need for comprehensive strategies in the evolving digital landscape, we expanded our services to provide a full suite of resources tailored to meet the distinct needs of our clients.

Jaxon Phillips

Our Leadership.
Jaxon Phillips was born and raised in Ragland, Alabama. He graduated from Ragland High School and is currently attending Jacksonville State University as a Junior majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business Entrepreneurship.
He discovered his passion for leadership and politics early on. Through participation in programs like Student Government and Beta Club, he quickly learned what it meant to be a public servant. Following the 2016 Presidential election, he began to volunteer and eventually work on political campaigns. This led him to begin his own small business endeavors while in high school.
With extensive experience in political strategy, marketing, and graphic designing, Jaxon co-founded "BP Communications" in January 2023, taking his expertise to the heart of strategic communication and public relations. In September 2023, he took over as President/CEO of BP Communications, and rebranded the company as "Signum Strategies". Since then, he has been working effortlessly to expand the company and remain involved in his community.
He is also an active board member for the Pell City Rotary Club, Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce, and St. Clair County Republican Party.
